Hello! My name is Jaime Duckett, and I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state
of Maryland. I have over fifteen years of experience providing direct, therapeutic, or
community-based services to children, adolescents, and adults with various behavioral,
emotional and mental health issues. I obtained my Bachelors degree in Psychology
from Morgan State University, and have a Masters degree in Social Work, from the
School of Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
My mission is to provide individuals with an opportunity to learn about themselves,
and seek self-empowerment through various lessons, skills, and tools. Together we will
create and set goals that will help you change your circumstances and mindset to make
better informed choices and decisions to overcome life and everyday challenges.
I utilize a collaborative, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach using various
therapeutic models to include cognitive behavior therapy, play/art therapy, and solution
focused therapy.
