Free Consultations

Request a 15 – 30 minute virtual consultation for any services provided. A virtual consultation allows for us to meet, assess your needs and concerns and to see if services are a right fit for you, your child and/or family.

Counseling

Individual and family counseling services which can be provided in your home, community, office or via a HIPAA compliant virtual platform.

*In home and community services are only provided in the Charles County area. *

Counseling Rates:​

  • Individual and Family Sessions: $150 (45 – 60 minutes)
  • Packaged Sessions are available for those seeking to pay out of pocket:
    • Pay for 4 or 8 sessions to be conducted within 6 months of first appointment.
    • Pay for 12 sessions to be conducted within 12 months of first appointment.
  • Sliding scale fees are available on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching

Sometimes we just need that outside different perspective to help guide us through life transitions.

Through coaching, I can assist you with:

  • Defining goals
  • Identifying objectives
  • Addressing obstacles
  • Developing action plans
  • Being accountable

Coaching Rates:

  • Coaching Sessions: $100 (45-60 minutes)
  • Packaged Coaching Sessions are also available:
    • Pay for 4, 8 or 12 sessions to be conducted within 12 months of first appointment.

Supervision

​As an approved supervisor for the MD Board of Social Work Examiners, I offer professional and quality supervision to LMSW’s seeking higher licensure.

What to expect out of supervision:

  • Stronger case conceptualization skills
  • Guidance with therapeutic services and clinical cases
  • The ability to think and act as an ethical and effective social worker
  • Get a solid understanding of the Social Work Code of Ethics

​Supervision Rates:

  • Ongoing individual supervision:
    • Bi-weekly: $60 per 90 min session
    • Weekly: $45 per 60 min session
  • Group supervision:
    • Monthly: $40 per 90 min session with 3-4 individuals
